DO you think a 1946 ms 63 for 35 bucks is a good buy or should I skip it?

I'd skip it. I think that is double what it should be.

If it's the one at CAC,it's a nice coin to add to your collection, decent price, but not a steal,if you like it buy it

If that is the shipped price, it's not too bad, but if it's from CAC and they are going to charge you $6.50,for shipping, not that good.

Even being ICCS, it's still a MS63. I shy away from paying trends, so still $25

2012 Charlton shows it at $45, so not too bad.
