I will guess VF-35. It may be the lighting but the coin does have a cleaned look to it.

XF grade has it ever been cleaned or dipped,  it looks a little too shiny for a XF and being 82 years old; I hope I look this good at 82

definetly not AU..and the OBV is flat in many of the focal areas...VF/low EF cleaned..
