I will guess VF-35. It may be the lighting but the coin does have a cleaned look to it.

Thought this looked familiar. I'm actually looking for 1929D to fill my collection. This coin is for sale on ebay marked as AU+

definetly not AU..and the OBV is flat in many of the focal areas...VF/low EF cleaned..
