I'm new to coin collecting and I just came across this item in a bucket full of coins at a flea market.

What is it?

A tag? token? Coin? seems italian writing

My guess is that it is a number ID tag, probably for a wool bale or similar.

first pic says Carico (load or cargo) + volum (didn't translate but volumi is volume and volume is volume) + marcato (market)

2nd pic: Daziario (customs house) + Servizio (service)+ Tara Preventivo (preventive)
