zxcccxz Pillar of the Community Canada 5417 Posts	Posted 02/05/2014 12:01 am I'll go on a limb and say that this can make PL, but I agree with the others on the MS62 which will probably be the reason it doesn't get PL (Graders stay away from giving PL designations to AU/Low MS coins.
