Very interested in trying to understand how to buy silver coins, coin bullion from Germany.

As I am an Australian there is a language issue.

Is the State Mint Baden-Wuerttemberf the best mint to try and understand the how to buy there?

They are not answering my emails!

Is there another way to go about all this? The prices at the Mint look a lot cheaper than ebay!

Am I at the right Mint in Germany?

Perth Mint only wants trade contact for produces from Germany?

Any help gratefully received!

Have been looking & looking for a user friendly bullion coin seller outside Australia.

ebay was not working for me to find the cheaper plain silver bullion coin with a nice struck image & a low mintage count.

I have used translators in a few languages to understand what that mint was saying about there bullion coins.

One frighting thing I found for the language unwary is the Gold & Silver coated coins with a huge price on them!

I have been having the time of my life in this new area of silver coin bullion exploration.

The one place so far that has stood out from all the other sellers of silver coin bullion outside Aussie is the First Coin Company. They offer free mailing to Australia & there prices are very good in some areas. Found I can buy Perth Mint coins mailed cheaper at this company than in Aussie.

kg5,

The German Mint makes some incredible proofs, that I like to collect, for other smaller countries around the world. Unfortunately, I hit a dead end when trying to buy directly from them. It is my belief that they mainly sell to the major European coin distributors in very large quantities, who then turn around and sell to the rest of the world for a nice markup. Wish I could help. I've been there, myself.

Thank You traevin!

Yes the coin bullion area is a harder area to open up than I expected.

Lots of dealers buying bulk, newly minted bullion coins.

If you are not in the know high price buys, it is!

Good fun looking! A cheap buy here and there!
