In the past couple of months, I have a new found appreciation for them. Yea, there were millions and billions of them made. However, most of them have simple vanished, in the trash, tossed into fountains, generally abused. Finding quality pieces is more difficult than you might think. At the last coin show I was actively seeking upgrades for some of my lesser examples. Guess how many I found to buy the show? ZERO!
