Capsule For A High-Relief, 33mm Coin

I recently purchased a 33mm Alexander the Great coin, and am desperately searching for a capsule that will accommodate it's high profile. No matter who I talk to, I cannot seem to find anyone who knows of a possible soltuion. After checking with AirTite's customer service, I learned that they do not have a high-relief capsule that would fit my diameter needs... It looks like their smallest is the X38 (38mm). Does anyone know if it would be possible for me to pick up the X38, and then get a different ring with enough thickness to fill the gap?
