The PUP (Pick-Up-Point) is the 'U' in TRUST. Yours looks normal:

Thanks coop. Can you rule it out as a DDR? The'C' in cent looks eerily similar to the 1966 DDR on variety vista. I probably need better photos though.

What are you seeing as doubled on the reverse? Looks normal from the images provided.
