Maybe NGC thought it was chopmarked and didn't mark down the grade even though it looks like half a dozen knife marks! Honestly, if all those marks are on the coin (8 of'em!) it's not worth MS63 money to most people.

I've emailed the seller about the marks on the coins. I'll let you know what I hear.

The seller got back to me right away and said, "Unfortunately, the marks are on the coin."

I guess that answers that.
