Hi there fellow banknote collectors. Would anyone know of a web-site that gives values on Australian pre-decimal banknotes that have been TPG graded. I follow prices on ebay + Aussie auction houses. Also as a collector I am aware that market factors of supply and demand directly influence prices and am just looking for a foundation value..

I don't follow notes closely but I didn't think third party grading of notes in Australia was anywhere near as big as it is with coins.
If there is such a site I haven't seen it anyway.

Yes, You don't see to many Australian pre-decimal notes graded by PCGS currency,PMG or the other PCGS grading company for sale in Aussie auctions and Australian ebay. There mostly uncertified and overgraded. Most Australian banknote dealers + auction houses hate TPG graded notes because it exposes there overgraded junk. Newcomers venture into collecting to find out later that the item was overgraded. They become so disheartened they stop collecting and this is very bad for the industry.
