I have a 1982 p dime that weighs 3.0 to 3.1 on my scale, I need to get strong opinions on if u think it could be an error coin

Also it is the thickness of the edge/rim that is taller, not the planchet.

Fins can make them even thicker looking, but weight the same.

to CCF. You need to start your own thread, and include photos front and back of coin. Check your scale and maybe post a pic of the coin on the scale.
