1965 Quarter With Copper Droplet? - Coin Community Forum

Jenefurlea New Member United States 0 Posts	Posted 01/04/2019 9:42 pm I was going though my dad's old things. I came across a horseshoe ring in a ring box. I just happened to lift up the padding the ring was stuck in and this quarter was hidden underneath. It looks like maybe copper was dropped on it and then it was struck, but I honestly don't know. This is a post addition after the coin was struck. Not a mint error. Just a destructive thought of a person with too much time on their hands. Just a face value coin.
