the 1995 dates, specifically the 5 looks different between these 2 coins Or are my eyes playing tricks on me? Wasn't sure if they vary even if made at the same mint? Thanks

They look different in the images you posted, but so does the second 9.

I think the images are just different sizes and the gunk is creating an optical illusion. I tried making them the same size and I don't really see any discernible differences in relative size and position.
