Right off the bat, you don't have one. The only No S 1976 Ike I know of, is proof. Your coin is not a proof. Ways to tell if it was, in fact, a proof would be, reflective, mirror-like fields, and a contrast between the devices. Also the 76 No S was silver, so your coin would also need to be of the 40% silver variety. Hope this helps.

The "no-S 1976" above is just a Philadelphia business strike Ike and is variety 2.

Here are mine for comparison. Look at the lettering of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ONE DOLLAR.
