SteveInTampa Pillar of the Community United States 4637 Posts	Posted 02/17/2019 03:19 am At first glance, I wondered where you got radar or repeater from, but then I noticed you are breaking it down to the first 4 digits (radar) and the last 4 digits (repeater). Unfortunately, collectors look at the entire 8 digits as a whole. Then, I noticed the tear and the general condition....which looks like it soon might be pulled from circulation to be destroyed, or repaired with tape. I don't see any numismatic value whatsoever.
