So I would think that this would be in the range of 66-68 and cameo, but I'm rather inexperienced so I'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks, -Brian

No cameo,it is a brilliant proof. 64 or 65 not higher,IMHO.

I agree with John, not a Cameo. Unfortunately that big Carbon spot below the ST is a bog big take away. PR64

Because of the inherent difficulties of photographing proof cents I would have never noticed that spot. Great eye.

That's a pretty bad obverse spot . Not sure about corrosion but nasty . As mentioned it's a brilliant proof not Cameo , you will know a Cameo when you see one .
I'm thinking this could be a Proof Details coin although I don't think I've ever heard of one with that designation .
If by chance that's not corrosion ,then I'll say PF-62 .
