There are 4 known doubled ears for the year 1984.

need a close up of the ear but it doesn't look like the Big Ear variety FS-101 https://www.doubleddie.com/828844.html

Note on a doubled ear, the ear is raised from the fields/devices to show as the shape of an ear/lobe:
