This is a small date Denver coin. The Philly Small dates have a premium on them, but the Denver ones are 50/50 that year, so no premium for these. This was a the reason for the pulling the small date dies. On the Denver mint cents, there were a lot of RPMs that year. So while they could make the large date without as many issues, there was a rush to add the mintmarks, and thus the many RPMs that year as they were in a hurry to catch up to meet production of the cents.
