Ok so this is my first posting a question on here and I'd appreciate it if you could help me with a couple of coins that I think that the weight is significantly off. What do you think? 1st coin is a 1974D Lincoln Penny that weighs 3.28grams The second is a 1941 Wheat penny that weighs 2.87grams. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
On the 1974 the difference is over .17 and the 1941 is .24 under so more than the .13 mint tolerante significantly. I apologize for not showing pics of the reverse
Please get in the habit of always showing us photos of both sides of your coin, then closeups of areas of interest. And too, make sure the coins are rotated for correct viewing orientation. Thanks.
