Good day everyone, I collect Canadian coins and bills. I recently started collecting the bills pre-1937. For the 1911, 1917 and 1923 $1 and the 1914 and 1923 $2 Dominion bills I am uncertain how to store them, as they are larger than what I am used to.

I avoid certified, but even uncertified bills are too large for the binders and pages I have seen.

Hoping to gain some insight on how people store those.

Thanks.

tarik, I'm not sure of the dimensions of these Dominion notes, but I bought some of these for my certified large US banknotes.
"Each page holds four (two on each side) certified notes up to 9.5x5.5 inches. Pages come in packs of 12 pages."

Large acetate Banknote Holders (archival no PVC) in
3 pocket pages available at any coin supply company .
In BC we use Chantou International 604 -321-7447.

I use the 2 pocket pages that fit into binders. I put the notes in directly without an individual plastic holder, as they don't fit with one.

Thanks everyone. I will have some research to do. Scared to put them in a pocket without a holder.

You can get a holder sized for Dominion notes at most coin stores. I'd always recommend a holder first and then slide it into a pocket in an album page. Just look for the large sized holders that fit them. They are common.
