1921 S Silver Morgan Dollar. Wondering If I Should Grade It

It's details are very sharp and although it's circulated, it looks almost MS or AU. Anyone have an opinion on if I should spend the money to have it graded? Thanks so much! Enough to lower the potential value, to negate justification for grading. I agree, almost MS. Yellow doesn't help, but that would not affect the grade. Nice coin, anyway.
