Just seeing Die Deterioration Doubling and maybe a Die Crack or damage.

I too am skeptical about that linear mark through AMERICA being a die crack. Normally it wouldn't cut across letters as this one does. I'm interested to see what others think.

No sign of a Doubled Die on your coin. There are known DDO's on the 1976-D quarters only not for the Philly Mint.
I attached a link with the Wexler DDO listings to give you a reference. DDO-001 is a very nice one.

A doubled die is not an error, it is a variety.
Also die cracks are not considered errors.
