not sure what the wavy lines going through liberty and lincolns head would be . they dont look like feeder fingers to me .is this a plating issue or something eles all together. all comments welcomed.thanks for your time and comments.

Cannot tell a lot from these pics but looks like plating issues accentuated by a fingerprint.
