I bought this off of ebay for 3.49 plus free shipping. I decided to buy it, since it was inexpensive. I also didn't have a Bar Nickel in my collection, so this is my first one in my collection. https://www.ebay.com/itm/236710009651

It's a raised line or bar-like Die Chip/Die Break. Basically a fancy name for a Die Chip/Die Break. https://goccf.com/t/170613
