I can't understand what country this is.. I've searched the Russian coins and tried searching a few other countries with Russian letter, but no luck so far.

The thunderbolt under the date on the right coin indicates it was minted in Poissy, France.

Hey, it's a fun game: spot the differences in the identical pictures!

DVC already pointed out one.

The rim on the left one is wider. The serif of "B" on the right denomination is pointing up. The beads on the obverse (coat of arms side) are finer on the left.

Any more?

The lettering is from the Cyrillic alphabet which is shared by several languages, the Russians do not have a monopoly on it.

There a berry on the top left of the L from Leva on the left coin and ... the left coin shows much more wear

Biokemist, I'm sorry for that poorly stated sentence. "I've searched the Russian coins and tried searching a few other countries with Russian letter, but no luck so far."

I'll edit it to "a few other countries with the Cyrillic alphabet" if you approve of that ;) Didn't know the name of the alphabet, thank you.
