I have to give Will an AU55, holed. Actually holed twice. And someone tried to cover the holes with sparkly rocks.

Oh for the coin, It could be MS, but I couldn't tell for sure.

id go with MS-64its a pretty strong coin.

As for will rim damage with a offset obverse strike.
