Here's two half dollars that I purchased recently - please help me with the grading and variety.

Here's the first one -

Two-1805-Half-Dollars---Please-Grade-And-Identify-Variety

Here's the second one. I'm told by the seller that it is O-106 R3 - can someone please verify?

First half I would grade F12 cleaned. The second half I would grade F15, maybe cleaned. I can't tell from the picture but the gray collor is a red flag for me. I have no idea of the variety.
Rest in Peace

I got curious about the variety. I don't know much about them at all so I thought I would net search until I found some information. But I think you will have to get your verification from the Overton book(Early Half Dollars Varieties).

They are lovely coins. I hope you find the information that you want.
Rest in Peace

1st one looks like O-112. R.2
Star joined to front of beak.
Die crack on Rev from edge 1st S through clouds to edge through last S.

Looks like seller is correct on 2nd one.
Stars large & close. 5 closer then 180.
beak solid to upper side of star point.
AME very close and partially joined.
