As BadThad mentioned, Lincoln proofs of that era can occasionally be found with target toning caused by the OGP proof set case. The eye appeal of them tends to be light and angle dependent though, look at it one way and it may look like hazy junk but catch it under the right light at the right angle and you will see a beautiful bullseye.
