Is there a non-invasive coin-friendly way to remove tape residue like this? I have a Shield nickel that's pretty nice other than some old tape...?

Soak in acetone. It won't hurt the coin and it will dissolve the tape residue.

It does not really make much difference but that is glue, not tape residue.

Why soak it? It's a circulated SBA dollar.

BTW, her name was Susan. Not Susanne.
