Is it correct that the 1982 George Washington Half Dollar and 1993 Bill of Rights Half Dollar are the only modern commemorative half dollar which are releases which have silver in them and that all of the other releases have been clad releases?
As far as I can tell checking the resources that I have (including a 2009 Red Book), that is the case.
