It is listed as a Washington Piece in the Post-Colonial section of the RedBook. The asking price would be for a copper example but the silver types are six figure coins.

But the six figure prices listed for the silver in the RedBook are for high grade pieces. This one is basically worn out. If it is genuine it is probably a fair price nothing wrong jumps out at me but from those pictures a fake that was deliberately worn down would probably not be detectible.
