I like that Britain changes the design on these every year. This standing Brittania is a classic.

Maybe bullion investors like the consistency of the same design every year, but at 25 years and counting with the same design the ASE is getting a little stale. Of course, maybe I should be careful what I ask for ... they'll switch to the Susan B. Anthony design ...

I would not want to see a larger version of the obverse of the SBA dollar.

But maybe the US mint could go back and reuse other designs on the obverse American Eagle coin.
