Chewyduck Valued Member United States 158 Posts	Posted 10/20/2011 6:06 pm I was finally able to pick up one of these for what I thought was a decent price. I do have a rookie question however? AU "details" What exactly does a details grade mean and what effect does it have on the over all value? There is a mark on the coin at the 5 o'clock. Any comments and grade would be appreciated. My example, bought through mail order decades ago, is bright but obviously cleaned with extensive cleaning marks. You coin does not show such rough cleaning in your photo. And I have stood in that exact same spot in Balboa Park from which that picture on the coin can be seen! She used to live in Brant Street, right under the approach to Lindbergh Field.
