I believe I have the VAM right on this one... just checking to be sure... and to make sure the broken star isn't post mint damage....

It looks like a V-34. Check to see if the gouge is there in the cotton leaf extending to the cap fold. I couldn't make it out in the pic.

Noel is correct there should be a die gouge in the leave, also you should have some diagonal polishing lines in the center of the tail feathers which I cant see, but you are using a loupe, so that makes it tuff to be sure..Those points will lock it in...

should be polishing lines inside of the bow, can't see them either, also check with VAM 37 as you have the coin in hand...
