Help Any idea on grade and value. Checked Numismedia but not there. I guess since it's not a US Mint issue. Also, any suggestions on a dip or how to deal with the green?

Probably an F12. Listed for $70 in the Red Book page 91. They seem to go pretty high on ebay though.
