Forgot to add, mis-attribution is all over the web as anyone can set up a site and put whatever they want on it. I would say somewhere between 10-20% of coins on ebay have wrong RICs or descriptions, be careful and try to confirm things on 'good' websites. The above links are among the best but many, many more sites exist specialising in different areas.

Im I looking for the right coin here? I think this is a gallienus maybe I'm wrong because I cant find this coin.

It is a Gallienus with a Victoria reverse, but I haven't had time to attribute yet. Maybe this will give you a starting point

GALLIENUS Antoninianus. 253-268 AD. Obverse: his radiate head right. Reverse:
Diana, crescent on head, standing right, scarf floating, holding torch. so far this is as far as I got.

Your descriptions are correct, pretty much - I'll give you the second word of the reverse inscription - Its 'SAECVLI'.

I cant make out the reverse legend are the last letters,EGVLI?
