I don't think it helped the appearance of the coin but to each their own.

Secret Argent Man-does your handle have to do with the color of metals (silver) or the 70's rock group? (Hold Your Head Up)

I looked at those classic ones on that website.

I think they're ugly.

Nope nothing to do with a rock band, just like silver coins, thought it would be a good name.

Actually my first one was going to be "Argent of Change"---right about the time I joined up here, someone high up in my company must have read some stupid inspirational business book & suddenly the term "agent of change" was being bandied about with mystifying regularity... no one really knew what it meant exactly but if you wanted to "be" someone you had to work it into your conversation. I thought it would be like my own in-joke that applied to coins too... but then I decided even making fun of it would annoy me too much and decided against it...so I guess at that point I just had "argent" on my mind & came up with Secret Argent Man. And the rest as they say is history.

On a side note, thankfully the "agent of change" thing has gone the way of "who moved my cheese" and is no longer the buzzword. I'm anxiously awaiting the next one...
