So it has been awhile since I've been on here trying to finish my degree in a semester in a half. But I looked through my change and found this 2004 lewis and clark nickel that looks kinda tone color and has very smooth edges. I thought it felt funny so I weighted it and came out to be 4.6 grams. So I looked up how much it was supposed to weigh and says 5 grams.

What is the deal?

OK sorry here you go. Not the best pictures the camera sucks at zooming in so this is the best I could do.

I think it's underweight due to blurriness. Sharpen the focus on the coin and the weight should adjust back to normal.

We all wish to help ... but there is absolutely no way any of us can offer an educated opinion on that coin with those photos.
