Date Resource For Shield Nickels - Coin Community Forum

Pinenut Valued Member United States 462 Posts	Posted 10/25/2011 3:21 pm I'm looking for a resource that has a picture all known versions of the date for low-mintage Shield nickels. For this issues with less than 100 K coins minted, I would think that there aren't many versions of the date, but really I have no idea. On a related note, anyone ever hear of Shield nickel dates being altered to look like the rarer mintages? Thanks for your help Report this Post to the Staff
