1983 P Lincoln Cent DDO Obverse Pics Included

what do you make of this 1983 DDO?(hint : click the obverse pic so you can zoom in, start from liberty and from then, you'll see it, its painfully obvious) I see alot of damage or what, but also some MAJOR hub doubling. I havent seen one like this yet...I have included the obv and reverse images.. I checked
coppercoins.com but none of the ones they have match the hub doubling to this degree on the obverse side...thanks GUYS :)
