Is this sparkly dime familar?

Has more spots than picture shows.

They are aqua and some red ones that really sparkle.

Paint of some sort, or possibly came out of a womans purse and has sparkly makeup on it. Not something that happened at the mint.

Thanks to all. I foolishly did not follow the good advice I got here a few hours ago.

That is... "attempting to hypothesize about random coin damage is a fool's errand".

I can't wait for my learning curve to take an upward turn insted of being stuck in one spot.
