Die chip for sure. Very common area for this to happen. The piece in the center of the 9 breaks off of the die, and all coins after that will have a blob of metal there.

one more thing I have a couple of them with extra thicknes of the eye lid is it caused by the same effect?

A doubled eyelid is a doubled die. Usually they are easy to spot. The only problem is that some are die flow and they can be confusing. Images would help. I would start a new thread so as to not confuse the thread.

A nice strong example. But the angle of the eyelid would be the same as the eyelid.
