It looks EF-40 to me. Something about the toning is giving me some pause. I am not completely sure if you can find naturally toned coins where they exhibit the untoned patch behind Liberty. It is still a nice coin!

If you were going to artificially tone a coin one would be unlikely to leave an untoned patch on the coin. I am going to make an assumption that something did come in contact with the coin during normal circulation that kept it from toning in that area. I see normal high point wear and some nice age to the surfaces.

One of the best examples of the early dollar I have seen it is high vf to xf details, wonderful piece!
