I am not completely sure if you can find naturally toned coins where they exhibit the untoned patch behind Liberty. It is still a nice coin! cointagous Pillar of the Community United States 1143 Posts	Posted 10/27/2011 10:22 am If you were going to artificially tone a coin one would be unlikely to leave an untoned patch on the coin. I am going to make an assumption that something did come in contact with the coin during normal circulation that kept it from toning in that area. I see normal high point wear and some nice age to the surfaces. Report this Post to the Staff
