In my opinion, none are all that stunning. http://www.nevadatreasurer.gov/Quar...5/qview.aspx Nevada has a long and storied past, and was even home to a branch mint. The CC mintmark stands alone in Mint history. Images of the old west come to mind. Nevada recently released the 5 final designs, and none reflect the best of the state. They could have easily found a small area in the design to place the CC or could have found an old west theme. Instead, they followed the same line as the other states. Simple with no thought. No artistry. No reflection on what makes the state stand out from the others. Report this Post to the Staff

miker New Member United States 41 Posts	Posted 05/06/2005 09:34 am There was a artist/sculptor that showed a topographic map of the state, three aces (against Mint rules, or so they say) a train engine that had something to do with the CC Mint and at the location of Area 51, it was a blank square (sort of like MapQuest).
