It has solid VF Details but pitted/corroded. The nice thing about this particular Fugio, are the legends. FUGIO, full date, "Mind Your Business" is still legible, as well as "We Are One".
It appears this coin was originally struck very nice.

Thank you for the input. it is pitted and corroded, however it does have a nice appearence in hand. would it be worth sending in for grading? if so what would be the better service.

If it were my coin, no, I would not send it to a TPG. I would personally put it in an Airtite holder and enjoy it. The Airtite will protect it sufficiently.
