Was just playing around with photography a bit; also planning to sell these on ebay recently and wanted to see some grades. Thanks!

a possible soft strike that shows on the nose, but there is more wear on this one so I think its around VF it almost looks like it could go lower but the details in the hair seem about right for this grade.

but I think it is a solid VF - I know there is weakness on the right side (looking at it) and wonder if it might go a little higher in hand.

This coin has luster; takes it out of the VF category IMO. Strike problems are common on these.

Sorry, I cannot see the luster in the picture. You are correct then, definitely not a VF if there is luster. Trying again here: if there is luster, and focusing on the strong areas of the coin, would revise my thoughts to high XF, possibly low AU in hand.

IMO, the obverse shows a softer strike (possibly grease-filled die at points) but on the reverse, on the middle I, the lack of vertical line definition looks to be wear.

I'm going with an EF-40 for this one.
