I'll say MS64. Interesting clashes too.

I am knot an expert but I do see very slight wear marks on the horn, the tail, hipbone and the heavy coat. And on the braid knot. If not a MS-63/64 then a very high AU-58. but then I am not and expert. Very Nice Coin!

Taking a stab. AU58. Obverse has a slightly week strike. LIBERTY is not full. Reverse has slight wear as noted above.

I agree with the AU-58. The horn appears to have rubbed a few too many surfaces. Otherwise, it's a great buff!
