Strong dates are the most important factor for me. IMO, a scratch is much better than a cleaning in that at least the original surface is still intact. I don't bother with partial dates at all. That 1833 fidy cent piece and the 1921 Peace dollar be something to be proud of IMO. The 1921 Peace dollar looks to be in very near AU-58 or better condition, but you know it is hard to tell from a photo. Does it actually have that gold tone? The only thing better would be a 1934-S in the same condition. I have a complete set of Peace dollars and they range from EF to AU and the distinctions are pretty fine for many. Nice problem free Merc & Seated half...hard to find in lower grades with that nice even gray color and no major issues. Good pickups. There looks to be just a kiss of wear on the obverse 12 o'clock point of the star and the reverse diamond.
