i just picked this up (last night). I've made this baby my pocket piece (& posted it in the active pocket piece thread). it is my first annointed pocket piece & my first CC morgan.

it's been dropped several times, is quite worn and has been improperly & harshly cleaned at least once. I've seen similar CC morgans slabbed & graded extremely low, but this piece will travel around in my pocket & become a conversation starter.

Very nice. If you keep it in your pocket along with other change, nail clippers, and keys....play pocket pool faithfully....in about 40 years or so you'll have a nice PO01.

I picked up one of the tougher Seated quarter varieties, and my new rarest coin. PCGS survival estimate of 50 per http://www.PCGScoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/5441

@mavs2583,

I'm glad you're making progress, the early dates will put a hole in your pocket.

Some of you know I have an - um - unhealthy obsession with Accugrade slabs.

For your enjoyment, not one, but two promotional slabs from around 2005 in ACG shells. New to me. Paid too much but the lot included other weird items.

NCII is some kind of bullion seller, still in business with the same phone # - I've reached out to see if the owner remembers the story.
